Significant Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Lucky Rush Leaderboard promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. MrGreen shall run this promotion (“Promotion”) on MrGreen’s website from 00:00:01 (CET) on Friday 27th March 2026 until 23:59:59 (CET) on Sunday 17th January 2027 (the Promotion Period).
2. The provider of this Promotion is Playtech Plc, Ground Floor, St George's Court, Upper Church Street, Douglas IM1 1EE, Isle of Man (the “Provider”).
3. This is a network-wide promotion with prize pools shared across multiple participating operators.
4. The promotion is not available in the following countries: Austria, Ireland Antarctica, Ethiopia, Japan, Lithuania, Macao, Malaysia, Sierra Leone, Vatican.
5. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “Leaderboard” means a separate tournament period during which players compete by accumulating points. To take part in the Promotion, the player must open an eligible game during an active Leaderboard period, to see the option to “Join” the network Leaderboard. The player must actively click “Join” to participate in that specific Leaderboard week.
6. You must opt in separately for each Leaderboard. Opting in to one Leaderboard does not automatically register you for entry into any subsequent Leaderboard.
7. After joining a Leaderboard, players will be able to play 10,000 spins that count for points earning purposes.
8. Only game rounds played on the games listed below shall be eligible for point accumulation (‘Eligible Games’). The Provider may, at its discretion, add further titles to the Eligible Games list as new releases become available. 9. Players may play a maximum number of 10,000 spins with real cash stakes per Leaderboard for this Promotion during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Spins”). Spins made using free promotional spins (where available) or bonus funds will not count as a Qualifying Spin. You can use your Qualifying Spins across all of the Eligible Games.
10. If you leave a leaderboard and rejoin, you will lose your earned points total and will not be allowed any extra spins towards the Promotion.
11. Each leaderboard will take your top 25 individual scores as your final points total. Any other points earned will be disregarded.
12. There are 42 Lucky Rush Tournament Leaderboards during consecutive dates during the Promotion Period, and a maximum of one prize per customer per Leaderboard.
13. Results for each Leaderboard will be available to players approximately 15 minutes after the leaderboard finishes.

Schedule

14. Each Leaderboard runs from 00:00 to 23:59 (CET/CEST - as applicable) for a specified consecutive period as set out below:

(MrGreen opted to run the Provider’s Promotion from Leaderboard 4 and accordingly, Leaderboards 1 – 3 are struck through).

15. The minimum spin value to participate in each Leaderboard is the lowest spin stake on each Eligible Game.
16. Points will be awarded based on the win to bet ratio of each individual spin, multiplied by 100. For example:

1. Player stakes €2 and wins €100
   • (100 / 2) x 100 = 5,000 Points
   
2. Player stakes €10 and wins €15
   • (15 / 10) x 100 = 150 Points
   

17. The maximum number of points that can be awarded for any single spin or feature outcome is ten thousand (10,000) points.
18. For the purposes of this Promotion, “Feature Buy” means a paid in game purchase that grants entry to a feature round. Where a Feature Buy is used, the full purchase cost is treated as a single bet for calculating the win to bet multiplier and awarding points. All winnings generated from the purchased feature round(s) count toward the player’s points, and the Per Spin Points Cap applies. Where a Feature is triggered organically (not purchased), only the triggering bet amount will be used.
19. To be eligible for a ranked prize, a player must have accumulated at least one hundred (100) points and placed within the prize-winning positions of the relevant leaderboard. For the avoidance of doubt, achievement of 100 points does not guarantee a prize; the player must also place within the paid ranks.

Prizes & Prize Breakdown:

20. The total prize fund for the Promotion is an estimated amount of € 5,000,000.00 in cash and will be paid out as follows: each Leaderboard has a prize pool of €100,000 and in total 5,000 winners except Leaderboard 20, 35, 39, 42 and 43 where each prize pool is €200,000 and has each 10,000 winners.
21. The amounts are estimated and may be more, or less, depending on currency conversions, as well as numbers of players.
22. Prizes and in-game amounts will be displayed and awarded in your account currency.
23. For accounts using GBP and USD, a 1:1 conversion rate will be applied. For accounts using CAD, a 1:1.5 conversion rate will be applied. 
24. Weekly tournaments run from Friday to Thursday. Winners are finalized the following Monday, and prizes will be granted within 1–3 days (Monday to Wednesday), depending on payment processing.
25. All prizes awarded in this Promotion will be paid in cash.
26. No wagering required.
27. In the event that two or more players have the same final score on a Leaderboard:
    1. The player who has the most remaining events available will be ranked higher;
    2. If still tied (on both points and events), the player who achieved their final score first (i.e., the timestamp of their last counted spin) will be ranked higher; or
    3. If the tie persists, the players will share the same position on the Leaderboard, and any prize will be split equally, unless otherwise stated.
28. Leaderboards operate under one of two prize fund structures, as indicated in the Leaderboard Schedule above.
    (a) A total prize fund of €100,000, distributed among 5,000 ranked winners; or
    (b) A total prize fund of €200,000, distributed among 10,000 ranked winners.

29. The corresponding ranked prize distribution tables for each structure are set out below:

How To Play

During the Promotion Period:

1. To participate, open one of the Eligible Games and, within the game, click on the Lucky Rush icon (top right corner) or the trophy icon (bottom right corner) to opt-in to. You must opt-in separately for each new Leaderboard.
2. Play the selected games to earn points based on your win-to-bet ratio. Only your top 25 winning spins will count towards your final score.
3. Results for each Leaderboard will be available approximately 15 minutes after it ends.
4. In the event of a tie, the player with the most remaining events will rank higher. If still tied, the player who achieved their score first will be ranked higher.
5. Click on the trophy icon to see if you qualify for a prize.

Additional Promotion Terms

1. Neither PlayTech nor MrGreen will be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from events beyond their reasonable control.
2. PlayTech and/or MrGreen reserve the right to amend or cancel the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, where required due to legal or regulatory reasons. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior. 

General Terms and Conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
   1. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
   2. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
   3. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
   4. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
   5. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
   1. void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
   2. remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
3. MrGreen reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
   1. receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
   2. place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
   3. materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by MrGreen that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the 888 website, the MrGreen iOS or MrGeen  app.
6. MrGreen has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
7. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
   1. without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
   2. by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for commercial reasons).
8. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
10. Your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, is governed by our general terms and conditions available here. You must read the general terms and conditions, as well as these terms and conditions, before you take part in this promotion. If any of these terms and conditions conflict with the general terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail to that extent.
11. Our services are operated by MrGreen Limited, a company incorporated in Malta under company registration number C 43260 and is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Malta, and any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the Maltese courts.
