Significant Terms and Conditions

1. Drops & Wins 2026 is a network-wide, provider-funded promotion (the “Network Promotion”) with prize pools across multiple participating operators. It consists of:
   • x364 ‘The Drops & Wins Daily Tournaments’ (each a Daily Tournament); and
   • x52 ‘The Drops & Wins Weekly Wheel Drops’ (each a Weekly Wheel Drop).
     Daily Tournaments and Weekly Wheel Drops are available across selected slot games.

2. The provider of both Promotions is Pragmatic Play (Gibraltar) Limited of registered office address: Unit 1.22, World Trade Center, 6 Bayside Road, Gibraltar (‘Pragmatic’). By participating in this Network Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. This Network Promotions runs from Wednesday 4th March 2026 at 19:01 CET until Wednesday 3rd March 2027 at 18:59 CET (the “Promotional Period”).
4. For each week of the Promotional Period (Wednesday to Wednesday) (‘Promotional Week’), x6 Daily Tournaments will run and x1 Weekly Wheel Drop will run across a selection of Pragmatic’s slot games.

Weekly Wheel Drop

5. To take part in a Weekly Wheel Drop, you are required to join or opt-in every week in any of the participating games through the promotional welcome pop-up. Once opted in, you will qualify for that entire Promotional Week. If you choose to opt out, you will be excluded only from that Promotional Week’s Weekly Wheel Drop and may opt in again for subsequent Weekly Wheel Drops.
6. Place real-money spins of any bet stake on a participating game (subject to that game’s specific minimum bet requirements) (a “Qualifying Bet”) for a chance to win a wheel piece and collect all (3) wheel pieces to qualify for a random prize. 
7. Wheel pieces are randomly triggered on any Qualifying Bet, with only one (1) piece awarded at a time. This is a progression collection mechanic, whereby once the first wheel piece is collected, you become eligible to collect the remaining pieces until all three (3) are obtained.
8. Once all three (3) wheel pieces are collected, the full-screen vertical wheel will be displayed. You can spin the wheel by tapping or swiping downward to receive your prize.
9. Illustrative Example:

First piece: You place a bet of €0.20 and win the first wheel piece. No prize is awarded yet.

Second piece: You place a bet of €0.50 and trigger the second wheel piece. Still no prize; you remain eligible for the third piece.

Third piece: You place a bet of €0.20 and trigger the third wheel piece. The wheel is now complete.

Spin the wheel: You tap the screen to spin and are awarded one (1) random prize.

10. You can track the wheel piece collection via the promotional in-game interface. The number of pieces is displayed visually on the top-left corner promotional ear, indicating how many pieces have been collected compared to the total required to complete the wheel.
11. Wheel pieces collected but not completed by the end of a Weekly Wheel Drop period will not be carried over into the following week and will reset at the start of the next Weekly Wheel Drop.
12. You may win a maximum of two (2) prizes during each Weekly Wheel Drop.
13. Wheel pieces are solely used to qualify for a random prize and do not award any other reward(s) until the wheel is complete. 
14. If you collect only one (1) or two (2) wheel pieces without completing the wheel, you do not qualify for a random prize. Wheel pieces collected but not completed by the end of a Weekly Wheel Drop period will not be carried over into the following week and will reset at the start of the next Weekly Wheel Drop.
15. There are a total of ninety-six thousand and nine hundred (96,900) weekly prizes available across this Network Promotion. Available prizes include multiplier prizes and free spins.
16. The multiplier prizes are applied to the Qualifying Bet that triggered the final wheel piece (the “Winning Qualifying Bet”) subject always to a maximum stake of €1 (or the currency equivalent) (the “Maximum Stake”). Any stake in excess of the Maximum Stake will be treated as though €1 was staked for the purpose of calculating the cash multiplier prize payout.
17. The multiplier prizes are awarded as predetermined multipliers of the Winning Qualifying Bet and are calculated using the following formula: (Multiplier received multiplied by value of the bet stake value of the Winning Qualifying Spin), where the bet stake cannot exceed the Maximum Stake value or as free spins (“Free Spins”) prizes.
18. All prize types and quantities are displayed within the “Prizes” section of the promotional menu available in-game or in the table below:

19. Free Spins prizes are awarded as twenty (20) or ten (10) Free Spins in the same game in which the prize was won, and the value of the Free Spins won will be the same value as the stake of the Qualifying Bet that triggered the final wheel piece. Any stake in excess of the Maximum Stake will be treated as though the €1 was staked for the purpose of calculating the value of any Free Spins won.
20. Free Spins must be claimed and used within seven (7) days from the time you receive them.
21. Pragmatic may modify how Free Spins are awarded during the Network Promotion, including assigning them to a single designated game instead of the game where they were won.
22. Free Spins will become available to play shortly after the prize is awarded. If the bonus does not appear, you may need to refresh the game.
23. Winnings from Free Spins are credited only after all Free Spins have been played and are paid as cash amounts (in your local currency) without any wagering requirements.
24. If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus / Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”), your prize will be awarded before you enter the Bonus / Free Spins feature mode and will be calculated as though the Maximum Bet Amount of €1 (or the currency equivalent) was staked. Bonus Buy availability depends on your jurisdiction.
25. If you place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet (“Ante Bet”), your prize will be awarded at the same bet level or at the Maximum Bet Amount if your bet stake exceeds the Maximum Bet Amount. Ante Bet availability depends on your jurisdiction.
26. You can track your progress in collecting wheel pieces, along with your wins and other players’ wins, in real time within the promotional interface of each participating game.

Daily Tournaments

27. Daily Tournaments shall runs in weekly cycles from Wednesday 19:01 CET until the following Wednesday 18:59 CET during the Promotional Period.
28. To take part in a Daily Tournament, opt in via the in-game promotion welcome pop-up once per Promotional Week in any participating game. Once opted in, you are automatically entered into all Daily Tournaments running in that Promotional Week. If you opt out, you will be excluded only from that week’s Daily Tournaments and may opt back in for subsequent Promotional Weeks.
29. Place real-money spins on any participating game with a minimum bet stake of €0.15 (or the currency equivalent) (each a “Daily Tournament Qualifying Bet”) for the chance to earn points and collect at least one leaderboard point to qualify for a prize. If the minimum bet amount of €0.15 is not available in a game, the next higher available bet stake will count as a Daily Tournament Qualifying Bet.
30. Points are awarded for every Daily Tournament Qualifying Bet spin that results in a win multiplier greater than one (1) (i.e. total win divided total stake >1). Your score is calculated as the total sum of all win multipliers achieved during a Daily Tournament. Win multipliers with decimals above 0.5 are rounded up to the nearest whole number and decimals below or equal to 0.5 are rounded down.
31. If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus/Free Spins) in any participating game (“Bonus Buy”) or place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet, your win multiplier will be calculated based on the amount paid for that Bonus Buy.
32. Bonus Buy rounds count as a single game round for scoring purposes, regardless of the number of spins included in the feature. 
33. If a Bonus/Free Spins feature is triggered and you win the maximum win multiplier for the game you are playing before all Free Spins are completed, the remaining Free Spins will be forfeited. All wins up to that point will still count toward your score.
34. Illustrative Example:

Score = Win(1) / bet(1) + … + Win(n) / bet(n)

You bet €1 and win €50 => Score = €50 / €1 = 50 

You bet €5 and win €1,000 => Score = €1000 / €5 = 200 

You buy a Free Spins feature on a Bonus Buy bet amount of €20 and win €1,000 => Score = €1,000 / €20 = 50 

Your final score will be 200 + 50 + 50 = 300 

35. Only the first five thousand (5,000) Daily Tournament Qualifying Bets placed on any participating game will count toward the leaderboard (“Qualifying Bets Limit”). Once this limit is reached, following bets will not accumulate tournament points.
36. Prizes will be awarded in cash, based on the final leaderboard positions at the end of each Daily Tournament. Winners are ranked in descending order, from the highest to the lowest position, according to their total score.
37. There are five hundred (500) daily prizes on the leaderboard. All prizes are detailed and displayed within the "Prizes" section of the promotional menu available in-game.
38. In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who achieved the points score first.
39. Jackpot wins of any type do not count toward the leaderboard score.
40. Tournament points reset to zero (0) at the start of every new Daily Tournament and the Qualifying Bet Limits resets at the start of each new Tournament.

Additional Promotions Terms

• There is no additional cost to participate. 
• Any cash prizes won have no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions. 
• For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Daily Tournament and of any specific Wheel Drops shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.  
• The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic’s and is calculated using a Euro (€) currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency.
• The list of participating games can be found in the Promotions section of the Pragmatic’s lobby, as well as in the promotional or any other dedicated category on the platform . 
• The Daily Tournaments and Wheel Drops are available on selected participating slots, including mini-game versions in Bingo rooms, as well as other available versions, and can be played on any device.
• In the event of technical issues, interruptions, or game malfunctions, affected spins, scores, or prize outcomes may be voided or reinstated in accordance with operator procedures.
• Neither Pragmatic nor MrGreen will be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from events beyond their reasonable control. 
• Participation is subject to local laws, age restrictions, and licensing conditions. Certain jurisdictions may limit or prohibit Bonus Buy features or Free Spins awards.
• Pragmatic and/or MrGreen reserve the right to amend or cancel the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, where required due to legal or regulatory reasons. Any such amendments will not affect players who have opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour. In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions, and any other language, the English version prevails. 
• Pragmatic and/or MrGreenreserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behaviour, Pragmatic may forfeit winnings and restrict the player's participation in future promotions. Furthermore, Pragmatic and/or MrGreen may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the promotion for all participants.

General Terms and Conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
   1. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimizes risks or opposite betting);
   2. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
   3. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
   4. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
   5. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
   1. void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
   2. remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
3. MrGreen reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
   1. receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
   2. place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
   3. materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by MrGreen that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the MrGreen website, the MrGreen iOS or MrGreen app.
6. MrGreen has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
7. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
   1. without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
   2. by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for commercial reasons).
8. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
10. Your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, is governed by our general terms and conditions available here.
