Green Gaming Predictive Tool Terms & Conditions

Privacy policy for the Predictive Tool

This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it for the Green Gaming Analytical Tool. This is important; we hope you will take time to read it carefully.

1. Information Security

1.1 You should always feel safe when using our services and share your personal data with us. We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and strives to provide a high level of protection in all processing of personal data. We have therefore taken the organisational and technical security measures necessary in order to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, alteration and erasure. Examples of such security measures are access limitations and encryption of personal data.
1.2 How we process your personal data in general is described in our general terms and conditions. This privacy policy only refers to the data processing taking place in relation to the Tool.
1.3 At Mr Green we encrypt information whenever it is sent on public networks.
1.4 We audit our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to defend against unauthorised access to systems.
1.5 We restrict access to personal information to Mr Green employees, contractors and agents who need to know that data in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality agreements and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these agreements.

2. Data Controller

2.1 Mr Green Ltd is the data controller for the processing activities carried out by or on behalf of Mr Green. This means that we are the company that determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data, i.e. why and how we process the data.
2.2 If you have any questions regarding the Tool or the processing of your personal data, you may contact us via the contact information listed below.

3. How does the tool work?

3.1 The Tool consists of an algorithm which analyses your gaming pattern and searches for any potential signs of negative gaming behaviours. There is also a voluntary self-evaluation test where you answer a few questions about you and how you gamble. The data which you submit when performing the self-evaluation test will be analysed and compared to your actual gaming pattern using the described algorithm. Based on the result of the test and analysis of your gaming habits, the Tool will provide information about your gaming behaviour and identify symptoms which may indicate that there is a risk of developing a gaming addiction.
3.2 The Tool will segment players into three different risk categories (low, moderate, high). We may use the information which we receive from the Tool when we interact with our players. We may for example adjust our marketing activities to the different categories and thereby avoid encouraging high risk players to increase their gambling activity. This is a way for us to help you get in control of your gaming behaviour. You will also be notified of which category you belong to.
3.3 Please note that it is optional for you to use the Tool and that you can opt out at any time.

4. What is personal data and what personal data is processed?

4.1 Personal data is all information that directly or indirectly (i.e. together with other information) may identify an individual. This means that a wide range of data, such as names, contact details, IP addresses, payment transactions, choices made and gaming behaviours are personal data.
4.2 When performing the analysis, we will process the data which you have provided to us in the self-evaluation test, information about your actual gaming pattern, as well as information about you that we already hold, i.e. data that you have provided to us in an earlier stage, for example when you created your account.

5. How and why is the personal data processed?

5.1 The data will be analysed for the purpose of assessing and mapping your gaming habits and thereby provide you with an overview of your gaming behaviour. Such an overview may provide you with insights that will help you to increase your control of your gambling. As mentioned above, the Tool will also segment you into one of our three risk categories based on your result.
5.2 The segmentation will allow us to adjust our marketing activities to your specific risk category. For example if you belong to the high risk segment, you will receive less marketing information from us than if you belong to the low risk segment.
5.3 We will also use the result for the purpose of developing and improving our services and for statistical purposes. When processing the data for these purposes, the data will be used in an aggregated form.
5.4 Our Customer Service team, will have limited access to the data in order to provide you with service and assistance in the instance that you have queries regarding your results.
5.5 Administrators will have access to this data for service and analytical purposes.

6. To whom do we disclose the personal data?

6.1 The data may be shared within the Mr Green group of companies for the purpose of developing and improving our services.
6.2 Personal data may also be disclosed to a third party if we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations or in order to detect and prevent fraud or other security or technical problems.
