We are here to HELP!

Asking for help doesn’t mean you're weak, it only means you're wise

Asking for help can be surprisingly hard, even when it’s only for some minor difficulty. Doing so is an admission that you aren’t perfect, which can lead to feelings of weakness or inadequacy. Yet, it’s a vital life skill. If you feel like you need help with your gambling, or just want advice concerning gambling addiction, Mr Green is ready to assist.

STEP 1: Raise your concerns early.

All of Mr Green’s customer support staff are continuously trained and educated in gambling addiction prevention and are here to support you. Any worries or concerns you may have are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner in order to maintain your safety and to help you remain control of your gambling before it gets out of control.

STEP 2: Do I have a problem?

How can you assess if you or someone you may know is vulnerable to gambling addiction? In collaboration with Gamcare, we’ve created a self-assessment test just for you. Answering some simple multiple choice questions will help you know more about your gambling behaviour and let you take action, early.

STEP 3: Concerned a family member may have a problem?

Sometimes, you may find yourself having to step in on another person’s behalf in order to raise a possible problem. If you’re worried a family member or friend may have a gambling problem, please contact our customer support department and we can guide you in the best way possible to get everyone back on the right track.
