Paylines
Paylines are simply the lines on which matching symbols must appear for you to scoop a win. Typically slot machines have 20 paylines, though some can have up to 250.

Paytables
If you’d like to know more about the game you’re playing and what each symbol pays, as well as the different bonus rounds you can expect to find, just view the paytable. On the paytable you’ll find the value of each symbol, as well as the different bonus rounds and the rules for the Scatter and Wild symbols.

How to play roulette

The core, fundamental challenge of roulette, is to predict on which number the ball lands. Players who do predict correctly, win. Roulette gives players multiple ways in which to bet in order to predict the outcome on the roulette wheel. There are many types of bets that you can place.

Colour bet
Choose the colour of the final number and place a bet—will it be red or black? But, if the ball lands on green, the bet loses. Pays 1 to 1.

Even or odd bet
Place a bet on whether the final number is ODD or EVEN. Pays 1 to 1.

Column bets
By placing your bet in a 2:1 space, you are betting that the ball will land on one of the numbers in that long column. Pays 2 to 1.

Below the black and red columns you can place your bet on groupings of twelve numbers. Choose from the 1st 12 numbers, the 2nd 12 numbers or the 3rd 12 numbers. This pays 2 to 1.

High or low bet
Place bets on whether the number will be in the top half of the board (1 - 18), or in the lower half of the board (19 - 36). Pays 1 to 1.

Inside bets
Inside bets are wagers you can make on specific numbers or selection of numbers that have higher paying odds. Here are example of inside bets:

Straight up bet
Betting on a single number gives the biggest payout of all. Pays 31 to 1.

Split betting
Place a chip on the line between two numbers to split a bet between two numbers. Pays 17 to 1.

Street bet
Place a chip on the end of any ""street"" or row of three numbers to bet on all three numbers in that row. Pays 11 to 1.

Corner bet
Place a chip on the intersection of four numbers to split a bet between all four. Pays 8 to 1.

Bet on six numbers by placing the chip on the edge of two adjoining streets. This is like a double street bet. Pays 5 to 1.

How to play blackjack

Understanding the blackjack basics is simple and taking a few minutes to review them will make all the difference to your casino enjoyment.

The main objective of the game is to get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. That’s all there is to it. All cards from 2-9 are face value, while the 10, J, Q and K are valued at 10. The last and most glorious card is the Ace. It's the only card that can change value—it can be either valued 1 or 11 depending on the outcome.

How to play a progressive jackpot slot

Playing a progressive jackpot slot machine is, in general, just like playing a regular slot machine, but there are some differences. For example, progressive slots have a jackpot meter, which shows the current value of the jackpot. As you play you can see the jackpot rising all the time. The jackpot meter can be found in the actual slot itself. You can also find a list of the progressive jackpot slots and how much each respective jackpot is worth under the Jackpot section.

The gameplay is just like any other slot machine where you can set your bet amount and bet levels. Just remember to read the the rules for the progressive jackpot slot you are going to play, in order to make sure that you qualify for the progressive jackpot. Some progressive slots might require you to play maximum bet spins, for example. You can find the rules for each game in the Game Rules section within the game.

How gaming works

Every type of sport from football and tennis to motor-racing and horse-racing, offer players multiple types of bets with varying odds to wager your money on.

The odds on offer vary per sport, event and market with favourites and underdogs for a monetary return should the bet win.
Remember, even if a favourite is expected to win, it is important to note that doesn’t mean they definitely will.

If for example, a football team is highly fancied to win their match, it might be given odds of 3.00, meaning that if you bet €1 and it wins, you’ll get €2 back plus your original stake (so an overall return of €3). Meanwhile, the other less favourable team expected to lose is given larger odds, let’s say 10.00. So if you bet €1 and they happen to win, you’ll get €10 back plus your original stake (so an overall return of €11).

However, chance always plays a large part in all games and bets – the team that people expect to win may have a key player get injured or have a man sent off, whilst the team with poor odds may be feeling super motivated after the coach’s speech and win the match. There are so many things that can effect a result that cannot be predicted, so remember to bet sensibly.
