Duties & Responsibilities:
– Responsible for managing, monitoring, assessing and reporting on all Payments & Fraud related matters during the shift
– Ensuring the team follows the best practices when it comes to Payments & Fraud
– Reviewing and managing any escalated Payments & Fraud issues, complain and VIP requests
– Responsible of External Escalation
– Identifying and reporting improvement areas according to the company procedures
– Regular reporting on the team’s activity
– Responsible for daily reconciliation process through PSP and internal Back offices
– Mitigation of fraud and ensure the fraud loses are reported in a timely manner
– Assisting the Team Leader and PF Operation Manager when the need arise
– Responsible of some area of the training together with Team Leader
– Working as PF agent if needed
– Working on shift basis

Requirements:
– Excellent knowledge about Payments and Fraud areas in iGaming environment (2 years+ experience in Payments and Fraud)
– Advanced Excel skills
– JIRA user
– FeatureSpace user
– Problem solving skills
– High level of attention to detail
– Ability to work in a busy environment
– Ability to work under time pressure
