As Head of Campaigns and Loyalty you will be responsible for leading a growing team of awesome marketing managers. Your role will guarantee that we utilize our brand’s new loyalty program in the best way possible to drive engagement and monetization across all product verticals.
The owner of this role will deliver amazing campaigns for our Casino, Sportsbook and other verticals, ensuring we hit and surpass our targets. The ideal candidate will have a background within multi-vertical and multi-market campaign management, we would also like to see that you have experience with loyalty program mechanics.
This role reports into the Head of Lifecycle Management.  

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for multi-vertical customer marketing with a focus on loyalty program mechanics
• Responsible for driving the multi-vertical brand vision
• Responsible for developing and executing our cross-selling strategy
• Ensuring marketing managers deliver end-to-end campaign planning: from idea generation, briefing and resource allocation, to analysis, reporting and optimisation – on budget & on time
• Ensuring we consistently champion a STP (Segment, Target, Profile) approach to driving relevant & timely communication capable of specific behaviours
• Constantly evaluate the campaigns executed, taking a “test, learn & optimise” approach in order to improve efficiency and ROI
• Helping to define and champion processes and strategies connected to:
o Life cycle management
o Customer segmentation
o Loyalty management, retention rate
• Churn prevention, with a special focus on key segments
• Working closely with other Marketing channels and departments to ensure that all multi-vertical campaigns, and the connected player journeys are fully optimised
• Working closely with the Casino and other vertical teams to ensure our Marketing is aligned with product activity
We believe you are:
• Experienced in working with loyalty program mechanics. Highly organized and competent in executing and coordinating projects that can deliver within a short timescale
• Someone with a keen eye for details and an analytical mind
• Fluent in English and preferably in German, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
• A person with a yes-can-do attitude, a “doer” who is unafraid to get their hands dirty
• Creative and possess an understanding of communication according to brand
• An individual passionate about working within an agile environment, in which you are exposed to working within a wide variety of tasks
• Energetic and communicative
• A person who understands the principles of CRM, segmentation and customer lifecycle
• A person who understands marketing requirements, but also has a deep insight in the production process and what’s possible within a given timeframe
• Someone who can run a project from end to end with relentless attention to detail
• A person who has an understanding of a multi-brand and multi-vertical environment
