Performance Marketing Analyst

The Performance Marketing Analyst is a member of the Analytics team who works closely with the affiliate and performance marketing department. In this role, you will be developing attribution models and evaluate and optimize acquisition campaigns and channels. You will be using tools such as MS SQL, Tableau and Splunk to mine and make sense of large data sets. As you demonstrate strong analytical ability your responsibilities will grow rapidly.



  • Development of attribution models
  • Monitoring and reporting on ads, paid search, affiliate and social performance
  • Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis
  • Extraction and manipulation of large data sets
  • Provide analysis and insights to decision makers and stakeholders



  • Background in performance marketing
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, macros)
  • Ability to clearly communicate ides and results to non-technical business people
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with Flashtalking is beneficial but not a requirement



  • Bachelors/Masters degree in a qualitative field (e.g. economics, mathematics, statistics)
  • 3+ years of work experience in performance marketing or affiliates
  • Experience within online gaming will be considered a great plus
