Payments & Fraud KYC Agent

The purpose of this role is giving identification screening for new and existing customers in our company. The selected candidate will be part of a team of agents and seniors and report to the Payments & Fraud Team Leader.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Check Identification documents received from the players
  • Screening of Credit Cards, Utility Bills and Bank Statements
  • Monitor, and prevent fraudulent activity related to the KYC
  • Actively follow industry news and trends
  • Work towards set of KPIs
  • Provide 2nd line support to Customer Support Department related to KYC
  • Assist the Payments & Fraud management as required.
Skills & Competencies
  • Previous online gaming work experience (will be considered an asset)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High proficiency of English (Written and Verbal)
  • Good/excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel/Word
  • Clear thinking/analytical and problem solving mind set
  • Monday to Friday 9am- 6pm  (this might change into a shift basis role)
  • Able to work in a dynamic and high pressured environment
  • Self-motivated individual
  • Ethically and morally aware individual
