Some live casino players enjoy games of chance while others lean towards games of strategy. If you fall into the former, then Mr Green Live Casino has got just the ticket. It’s a game based on the internationally popular reality game show of the same name, first aired in Canada in February 2007. For the first time ever, players can now play it live for real money without visiting the game show’s televised production studio, thanks to a partnership between Endemol Shine and Evolution Gaming. You can play it from the convenience of your desktop, tablet or mobile in real-time. The game follows you where ever you go when you have an Android or iOS device.

Deal or No Deal allows players to win up to $500,000 in a rather unusual way. If you’ve watched the tv show, you’ll, of course, know that we’re referring to the briefcases full of cash multipliers and spinning three-reel vault. Players who have fantasized about being a contestant of the reality show can play the game 24 hours a day from the convenience of just about anywhere.

Game Overview: Deal or No Deal

Play the game in the qualifying round, top-up round or the game show. Each spin determines the value of the largest prize briefcase that can range from 75x – 500x bet. Each bet will buy you a spin, with the more you bet, the more the potential prize multiplier for that briefcase. We’ve summarized the minimum and maximum bets in the qualification and game show rounds.

How to Play

Deal or No Deal has a theoretical return to player (RTP) of 95.42% with outcomes solely based on chance. So your bet size, while influencing your briefcases, will not affect the results. Effectively, this means that there is no point in trying to come up with a strategy to influence the outcome. Random number generators (RNG) determine the number of outcomes ensuring, that the result will depend on luck and gut feeling! This is what makes it so similar to the TV show.

Once you’ve opened your three briefcases in the opening round, the banker makes you an offer. You’ll be hoping that the values of the briefcases are as low as possible, which leaves you with the greatest possible number of high-value briefcases. In this scenario, the banker’s offer will be considerably higher.

After four briefcases are removed, the banker will pitch his / her second offer that can be lower or higher than the opening one. It will depend on the suitcases removed.
After the removal of a further four suitcases, there’s a third offer, followed by the final fourth offer. If you refuse, then you will be left with two briefcases and must decide what to do next.

Qualification Round

As you’ll find with other live casino games such as Crazy Time and Dream Catcher, these games are designed to be straightforward. You can even say that it also remains faithful to the TV show in this regard. Your first task is to spin the bank vault consisting of three reels. In this game round, each spin determines the size of the biggest-prized briefcase ranging from 75x to 500x your wager. You can adjust your desired bet, which will influence the multiplier value in the briefcases.

To get into the game show, which is where you ultimately want to be, you must qualify first within an allotted time. To qualify, you must make a bet and spin the wheel, aligning the golden segments of each of three rings. Buying one or two rings will increase your chances to ‘easy’ and ‘very easy.’ Barring that, you can choose to spin as many times as you need to before time runs out.

Upon qualification, the Top-Up Wheel Bonus is presented, which gives you the option of boosting the money amount of a briefcase that you choose 5x – 50x.

The Top-Up Round

Congratulations if you’ve made it this far because you’re now a contestant in Deal or No Deal bringing with it the chance to win huge sums. Your selected briefcase will sit in plain view, as will the host standing by to pick up the phone to make a call to the banker. There will also be the remaining briefcases, concealing 15 different cash amounts, numbered 1-15. By opening one, the value of the cash is removed, before being discarded.

The Game Show Round

The game show round is where you want to be, and where you’ll find the host and assistant.

Remember that your objective will be to remove the amounts with a lower value to put you in a better position with the banker. His/her offer will rely on the briefcases that remain.

Three random briefcases are opened from the 16 presented in the first opening, and the banker will then make you a cash offer for the ones that remain. Your decision gives rise to the Deal or No Deal game name. Should you accept, then the amount displayed is credited to your balance, and you’ll be offered to return to the round of qualification. If you choose ‘No Deal,’ then you continue to play by advancing to subsequent openings and offerings.
